North Devon Gang Show
The North Devon Gang Show is a lively, community-driven theatrical production performed by members of the Scout and Guide movements. Bringing together young people and leaders from across the area, it showcases a mix of music, comedy, and dance in a fun, family-friendly show.
The Gang Show tradition began in 1932, when Ralph Reader, a theatrical expert within Scouting, created the concept to give young people a platform to develop confidence, creativity, and teamwork through performance.
Today, the North Devon Gang Show proudly continues this legacy, celebrating talent, friendship, and the spirit of Scouting and Guiding.
The show takes place every February half term at the Queen’s Theatre in Barnstaple, offering a fantastic opportunity for the local community to come together and enjoy the talents of its young performers.
